Refund Policy

This document sets forth the refund policy for students who register for a training course. The refund policy is applicable to online courses and is governed by the terms and conditions stated herein

1. Refund Eligibility:

   a) A refund for an online course will only be granted if the student/user meets the following conditions:

      i) The student/user has not accessed any portion of the online course; and      ii) The student/user requests a refund in writing via email within 72 hours from the date of registration (email notification sent).

2. Refund Procedure:

   a) To request a refund, the student/user must submit a written refund request via email to    

b) The refund request must be submitted within 72 hours from the date of registration      

c) The refund request must include the student's/user's full name, course details, and reasons for requesting a refund.   

d) A confirmation email will be sent to the student/user upon receipt of the refund request.  

 e) Hypno Mesmerism School Of India reserves the right to verify the student's/user's claim of non-access to the online course.   

f) Once the refund request is approved, the cost of the course will be refunded, excluding any taxes paid.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

   a) No refunds will be granted for any online courses (or curricula) once the student/user has accessed more than 3% of the course, regardless of the reason for discontinuation.   

b) It is the responsibility of the student/user to ensure that they have read and understood the refund policy prior to enrolling and accessing the online course.


This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this refund policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Debojyoti Boruah reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.

Students/users are advised to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
